Hold on to your berets! Our Vermont farmhouse kitchen is now making authentic, delicious French CRÊPES.
The famous European pancake has now come to the mountains. We offer it in two versions:
- The "Buckwheat Crêpe" is perfect for serving as an entree. It is a wheat-free and gluten-free pancake made from 100 percent buckwheat flour, eggs, and a pinch of salt. A savory alternative to the more traditional dessert crêpe, it is a perfect served with as a main course with fish, cheese, meats, and sauces.
- The more well-known "Dessert Crêpe" made from white flour can be accompanied by ice cream, whipped cream, chocolate sauce or maple syrup. Let your sweet tooth and your imagination be your guide. Serve this quick and easy dessert with the topping of your choice! And kids love them, too.
